Degraded performance Customers may experience issues using Community search. Our team is investigating.
You'll want to make sure you have edit issue permissions. You can verify that by going to the Project > Project Settings > Permissions. From there you can verify you have Edit Issue permisisons.
I have also seen reports of users that had this problem in 7.3.0 and an upgrade to the latest version solved that for them. I checked my instance and I am able to edit those fields without issue. If you are not on the latest version I would suggest upgrading to see if you continue to experience the problem.
