How to embed images into JETI Velocity template

We need to embed images into a JETI template but it doesn't seem to be able to reach out to either the network file location or the JIRA server. Does anyone know how to embed an image and if you do, where do the images need to reside?

Hi Nancy, how do you want to embed images? As HTML <img> tags? There is not other way. You cannot really embed them but add an <img src="absolute URL to the image" /> tag .

This means, you cannot refer to a file in your network but only to an image that is served by a web server.

E.g. add this to a template: <img src="https://dq1dnt4af4eyy.cloudfront.net/files/icons/14164_scaled.png" /> to have it render the JETI logo as
