How to edit jira config properties for OnDemand instances?

This is really frustrating, all the google searchs point to non-ondemand versions and say you need to edit a config file, I can't find anything on this for JIRA OnDemand.

I'm trying to generate reports for JIRA more than 2 months and it's not allowing me by default!! I have to change the jira.timesheet.plugin.maxDays property but I can not find out where. Any help is appreciated.

I now found out that it's under "Manage add-ons" link, but when I click on Config it's not saving my changes. ugh. I need to get this report out.
