How to display field in service desk request after the request has been created?


something I could not find in the service desk help section -

I have a field in my issue type which I want to display in the service desk request. The field is filled by our agent after the request has been created. So the field should not be visible on the request create form but once the request is created it should be visible for the customer and display the data that the agent has entered.

I see no option for this setup in request, issue type of field configuration.

Not available in JIRA, but Intenso - Extensions for Service Desk has that ability.
