How to display conditions and validation on transition in View Workflow pop up screen

Hi,

using Cloud based JIRA, I would like to be able to share the validation rules and conditions that must be fulfullied to transition an issue through it's respective workflow to ensure the process is clear and supports them in their work.

Is there a solution available which requires no investment in add ons?

Hi Sam, 

This is currently not possible afak. I would recommend you to use a Confluence page with a diagram representing the workflow and the additional documentation you want to share with your users.

Hi Christoph,

I suspected that might be the case, but that solution requires a lot fo maintenance during a time when our complicated workflows are still quite fluid so just thought I'd ask in case!
