Hello everyone,
How do you display ProForma custom fields in a queue?
I've created a ProForma form and it has some custom fields. One of the fields named "Request Type" is a dropdown with choices like "New xxx", "Update xxx", etc. and users want to display it in the queue. The field (and other custom fields) are not available for selection when I edit the queue.
How do I add the field to the queue?
Thanks much!
-Steve
Hi @Steve D,
Peter from ProForma here. Thanks for sharing your question.
ProForma form fields do not create custom fields in Jira. If you'd like to show the "Request Type" as a column in your queue, you'll need to do one of these:
Here is our documentation on how to link ProForma fields to Jira fields:
http://links.thinktilt.net/am-jira-fields
Let me know if that helps!
Peter
Hi Peter,
It worked. Thank you very much!
I'm still very new to Jira and quite often apply logic the way SharePoint work. Thanks again!
Reagrds,
Steve D
