How to disable one service desk prokect for Service Desk - 3.2.0 and above?

I want to disable a single project from service desk without loosing previous service desk Information/data for service desk versions 3.2or higher

Check out this documentation. 

Additionally, make sure you turn off the email channel (if any) for this project and hide all customer request types from your portal, by removing them from all request type groups.
