There is an email sent to Site-Admins whenever a new member logs into JIRA.
Is there a way to disable/enable these and can it be user specific?
You should be able disable or configure the notification you want in the notification scheme.
The steps to access it are:
Go to " Settings" -> Click in "Issues" -> Select the "Notification Schemes" -> Configure what do you want in the best way you prefer.
