How to disable email notifications to all customers on Jira Service Desk?

Newbie question here!

Using Jira Service desk for the first time, when a customer raises a ticket, all customers in the organization are sent an email notification.

How do I disable this?

Hi Jonathan,

There's an Atlassian KB Article about that here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-disable-the-notification-for-requests-shared-to-the-organization-881657657.html

Basically, in the Customer Notifications from Service Desk there's an "Organization added" event which triggers the notification. You can just disable this notification.
