How to disable Service Desk comments Auto filling with "Hi *reporter*"?

Hi,

I am using JIRA Service Desk 3.0.1 on JIRA v7.0.3

When commenting on an issue the field is auto populated with

Hi (name of reporter),


– Sal M

 

Can this be disabled?

This widget could not be displayed.

I worked with support and this can be disabled by each JSD agent on their profile page. There is an on/off switch about halfway down the page.

We are looking for the same information. It would be nice to be able to change what auto-populates for a comment.
