How to differentiate "share with customer" and "internal comments" tabs in comment section in jira?

I am using Jira service desk 7.3.7, in this I am trying to separate the tabs "share with customer" and "internal comments" because the default option is share with customer, so in this there is a chance to send internal comment to customer accidently. So I would like to change atleast default tab is "internal comments". Some where I found html script and I placed it in announcement banner but I didn't get positive output. And also I looked into back-end code but I didn't find any clues. Please suggest me how to separate them on view screen comments section. Or atleast make internal comment is default tab.

Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for your suggestions, the first link that you shared is invalid and I already checked that second link. In this I didn't find any clues. Please suggest how this functionalty builds means either plug-ins or with any other internal functionality.

The previous link I shared is for edit screen so it will not help you unfortunately.

I'm affraid it's currently not possible. There's is an open issue for which you can vote here here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1733
