Hi Sivakumar,

The easist way I've seen this done has been with the Bob Swift CLI tools.  Another user posted a good work around in the community post Bulk delete JIRA projects, groups, users.

There is a feature request for this issue that you can find at JRASERVER-31028.  Please vote on this issue to add impact.  This will automatically notify you when the ticket is updated.  Additionally please include your use case so our devs have a better understanding as to why this feature is important.
