Hi,
I want to delete some of the old an useless SCRUM boards.
We do have Atlassian Jira v7.13.13
I'm already added in the project to the role "Administrator"
But Still when I navigate to "View all boards" I can only "Configure" or "Copy" a board.
What role do I need to be able to delete boards and how can I check if I should have them?
Hi @Paul Edison ,
You need to be a Jira Admin to remove shared dash boards. Then, you can go to Jira settings -> system -> shared items -> dashboards, where you can find the dashboard. Click on the ellipses and delete.
This other post contains information about how to delete board in different scenarios, depending on if this is your personal board, a shared board, or a board that's not shared:
Hope it helps,
In case anyone else has the same question as Paul - Pretty sure he said SCRUM board - not personal dashboard, The correct answer is https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Deleting-a-board/qaq-p/1508100
