How to define preformetted text

Hi,

I try to make a preformatted text in comment and i am searching answer in internet and always i am redirected to page:

https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/WikiRendererHelpAction.jspa?section=all

But there is no answer for my question.

 

By clicking on preformatted to comment is added text:

{noformat}
*no* further _formatting_
is done here
{noformat}

 

I would like to define it, that after choose this option i have for example a template like::

 

Version:


Date:


Purpose:

Maybe i haven't underestood your question at all but, if you want to use preformatted text in your comment the only thing you have to check is this:

In the desired project go to Project Administration -> Fields Configuration Scheme  (and click the Field Configuration in use)
After that you should be able to set the Wiki Style Renderer in the Comment Field.
