On service desk 3.1.9, my customers are not cumfortable with display width when they create a ticket. When I take a look at it this screen take only half of the width it can take and this is not very cumfortable when they have to make a long explanation in description field.
How can I resize it?
i think that this is not possible.
you can create a custom plugin adding a page in the service desk context or use the extension points to modify the ui:
