*Eight years later, thousands of people requesting this feature, and still no fix!

So we made it a Cutsom Charts for Jira add-on, and it became the best and fastest growing app ever. Hope that helps! All feedback gratefully received.

Nope. Colors are dynamically assigned and there is no way to configure that.

Please add this feature. It is very confusing for people reading the charts. because the chart is visual people automatically assign the meaning of the color on the first chart they see to the same color in other charts on the dashboard. This leads to misunderstanding.
