I want to create a personalized Request Type for use in Service Desk project, to collect issues from the email. Now I can only use the default ones, but I would like to create a new ones suitable for email.
¿Is it possible?

Old, but for posteriority:
Request types suitable for emails must have visible & required 'summary' and 'description' fields. All other fields must be optional.
