How to create a ticketing?

Hi , this is Aram . i am working as an internship in the company so they gave me a project which is how to create ticketing from jira . I did set up my profile  jira but i don't know how to creat a ticketing .

To create a ticket in JIRA you may click the JIRA logo in the top left corner to get to your dashboard, then click Create.

Perhaps they gave you the wrong terminology and what you really need is a Project to create tickets in. Please let us know more about the requirements you were given and we may be able to help.
