How to create a "dependent on" custom field

Hi, In JIRA does anyone know of a specific plugin to create "dependent on" multi selection fields and stand alone dependent on fields.

For eg. If I select True on a selction list, a new field will populate. However, If I select "false" no additional field populates.

Eg 2. Cascading selection list: Is it possible to have a multi selection cascading field where 2 or more options are chosen and the resulting options in the second cascading window are populated with a multi select function?
