How to create a program portfolio View / Dashboard?

Hello,

I'm looking to create a single page view (report or dashboard) that will provide the executive team with an overview status of all active projects.

It should have at the very least the following columns.

Project Name / PM Name / Milestone Dates / Status Color / Status Summary

This report can live in either Jira or Confluence.

Hi,

There isn't a straightforward way to do this out of the box with Jira based on the fields you want.

Even some of the plugins won;t cater for exactly what you want.  You might be able to use the Easy BI or DataPlane plugin to get something close.

Atlassian created their Portfolio product to manage this sort of activity (programs of projects) and their Portfolio dashboard gives you exactly what you are looking for.
