How to create a new Issue if customer (non jira-user) answers via e-mail to a closed issue?

Hi everyone

Is there a possiblity to configure "JIRA Email This Issue" in a way that if a customer (non jira-user) answers to a closed issue, JIRA will create a new issue instead of adding a comment?
