I would like to define SLA entries by service groups but unfortunately I dont find any documentation of internal fields of the Service Desk module. How can I filter entries of a specific group with JQL?

Hi Ralf,
you could subscribe the group itselft to a specific JQL-Filter.
The JQL-Filter then just has to be with "assignee = currentUser()".
