How to comment in an issue shared with customer using nugget

Hi,

I am using Atlassian.Jira nugget with run time version v4.0.30319, 

I need to comment for an issue with shared with customer

Comment model Properties is readable i cant set any 

"sd.public.comment"
{ internal: false };

How its possible ?
