How to close the Code Block macro box

Charlie Johnson March 7, 2014

I just discovered this macro and want to use it in a page with other information. Click and the code box displays and expands. How to you close the code box so other information on the page can be easily viewed.

Thanks!
Charlie

Based on the docs I don't think that is possible. Once expanded it will stay so unil the page is reloaded.

If selected, the code macro's content will be collapsed upon visiting or refreshing the Confluence page. Clicking the expand source link allows you to view this content. If false, the code macro's content is always displayed in full.

You may want to submit an enhancement request at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFor just wrap a non-collasping code macro inside the 'expand' macro, which does allow re-collapsing. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Expand+Macro
