Hi I'm the user of Jira software, 'Jira Work Management'.
I want to use this program for managing the work of the home appliance company's project, and almost got the necessary information.
However, two things are remained for question.
First, How can I check the pass rate or failure rate of the same labeled issues?
Second, How can I see the whole project(issues+sub issues) at once on the list tab?
(Now, I only can see the issues on the list. If I want to see the sub issues, I should click the expanding tool.)
My project URL is on the below.
http://rin.atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/REAI/list?showDone=true
Thanks.
@김지연 Welcome to the Atlassian community
For the first question I would suggest using dashbaords to show the information you want about pass / fail by label in one easy to use page. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-is-a-jira-dashboard/ It will be fed by filters (use the link below)
For the second question that you have I would suggest using a search filter. Filters allow you to find issues based on specific criteria. You can create these searches and then save the filter so you can quickly look at it later. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-basic-search-and-filters-to-quickly-find-requests-and-issues-in-jira/
