How to change the system user to another person?

Hi,

I'm the system administrator of JIRA at my company, but I need to change the account to another person, including the billing information.

How to do that?

Hello Henrique.

To provide Administrator rights to another user, you have to include him/her on the "site-admins" and "administrator" group.

For that, please follow the steps bellow

Click on Cog Icon > System > Global Permissions

Include the user on the groups mentioned above.
