A JIRA User can select his own Language editing his Profile, at the top right of the screen. It seems that it is not possible for JSD customers (they can only select their Timezone). How can I make them see JIRA Service Desk in their own languages?

in plugin Service Pack for JIRA Service Desk there is option to add language switcher to customer portal and you can also add translations to your customer portal.
