How to change the language of a JSD customer?

A JIRA User can select his own Language editing his Profile, at the top right of the screen. It seems that it is not possible for JSD customers (they can only select their Timezone). How can I make them see JIRA Service Desk in their own languages?

Indeed this is a missing feature. We have some feature request/bugs raised about this. Please feel free to add your comments and vote for it to make it more noticeable to our developers.

Hi,

in plugin Service Pack for JIRA Service Desk there is option to add language switcher to customer portal and you can also add translations to your customer portal.
