How to change the issue security level based on issue type instead of scheme?

Mainly I do have a security scheme that I want to use for most projects but I do have some projects where I need a default value for the scheme and others where I need a different one.

I do not want to create new schemes as it would be too hard to manage them.

Instead I want an option to change the value based on the project or issue type.

I would prefer an easy solution, I already know one approach that would require webhooks and a script that does the change.

It would be great if I find a solution that is configurable from the UI, as it would be much easier to maintain over time.
