How to change the hostname?

I'd like to change the hostname to use JIRA with company colleaques. 

hostname1.atlassian.com -> hostname2.atlassian.com

Hope there's a way without migrating all to new instance.

Not yet.

There are issues raised with Atlassian Cloud to get them to support domain name changes (and also not being stuck with the Atlassian domain), but they're not done yet.

Your only option  currently is to buy a new Cloud system with the target address and migrate over to it.
