How to change the email address I use for my own support

As I can do to that instead of my user is hugo.villeda @ encontrack is noc@encontrack.com?

What I require is to change the username to JIRA support, ie the username you use to lift the ticket to which you are giving up.

Currently hugo.villeda @ encontrack.com use and I require it noc@encontrack.com

If you want to change the incoming mailbox, just browse to your incoming mail settings, and adjust the server to use your noc mail address, then adjust the mail handler. Do the same if you want to send notifications using your noc mail address, adjust the outgoing settings:

Administration >> System >> Incoming mail.

Administration >> System >> Outgoing mail.
