If you want to change the incoming mailbox, just browse to your incoming mail settings, and adjust the server to use your noc mail address, then adjust the mail handler. Do the same if you want to send notifications using your noc mail address, adjust the outgoing settings:

Administration >> System >> Incoming mail.

Administration >> System >> Outgoing mail.
