How to change another users filter

I have a user who has left the team and has used a filter in a shared board but the filter is not shared.

How can I get access to this filter so I can share it with the rest of the team. I do have administration rights.

Press G+G to open the Admin quick search 

type Shared Filters

 

this is the shared filter tool. This will allow you to change ownership of shared filters.

I see. There is no way in the GUI to find unshared filters. Your option is to replace it.
