How to auto assign parent task based on status and specific sub task type assignee

Our work items have multiple sub-task types like Development SubTask, QA SubTask. Is there a way to auto-assign work items (parent) when it moves from "In Progress" to "Testing" status? Auto assign function needs to copy the assignee from 'QA SubTask' to the Parent item (when that status changes).
