How to auto assign custom fields.

I added two customized fields in JIRA ticketing tool.

1) USER ID.

2) USER ROLE.

When the employee start create issue in that time i want to automatically assign employee USER ID and USER ROLE in customized fields, like a reporter field ? is it possible.

Add a post-function that "Updates a Custom Field" based on what you need OR Copy Value from field to another field option. Put this post-function in the "Create" issue event of your workflow. A few add-ons to try are JMWE, JSU and JSR.
