How to auto assign custom fields.

Hello every one.

I added two customized fields in JIRA ticketing tool.

1) USER ID.

2) USER ROLE.

 

When the employee start create issue in that time i want to automatically assign employee USER ID and USER ROLE in the customized fields, like a reporter field , is it possible ?
