How to associate user-group with Project?

We'd like to know how to associate user-group with Project ?

Jira's version is v6.0.4.

First, we made the grop which is included some member.

Second, we made a project.

But, we don't know how to associate user-group with Project to group-member?

We would like just included member to handle the project.

Could you tell us how to do that ?

Thank you
