How to associate an "Owner" name field in Rally to an actual account in Jira.

Trying to import a CSV from Rally and I would like to associate the "Owner" name field from Rally to an account name in Jira. Anyone know how to do this?

It depends on how you will translate this "Owner" in your JIRA system, my best guess is this will be mapped to JIRA "Assignee" Field. Note that you must create the account beforehand in JIRA so that the issue created this way will be assigned to it correctly.
