Our System Admin left yesterday and we're trying to assign a new one in Jira. I currently have Admin privileges, but when I attempt to access the User Management page in Jira, I log into Atlassian and am immediately met with a 403 Forbidden page.
How can I get around this and set a new Jira System Admin?
If you have Forbidden, you will not be able to override it - probably you need to contact Atlassian support.
