How to add the custom filed as a integer value

Hi Team,

In my project i have added the filed type as Number filed so that it's displaying the float value

(i.e 123.0),But we require custom filed as a integer value(i.e 123).

Please help me out how to add the field type as integer in Jira 6.1

You need a new custom field type to do that.

The built-in "number" field is a floating point and it can't be changed.
