How to add particular resolution values to a workflow transition like new to closed

Hi I am new bie, can any one tell me How to add particular resolution values to a workflow transition like new to closed, thanks for the help.

You can't quite do it that way. You need to add the new resolutions globally, and then use workflow properties to decide which ones are offered.

Hi Jaisy,

Click on the transition of the workflow, then you will be able to see the properties of this transition, click on the properties of this transition and add the following property "jira.field.resolution.include" or "jira.field.resolution.exclude" give the values that you want, values can be taken from administration -> issues -> resolutions, you can check by placing your cursor on edit to see the values of each resolutions.once you add those values you will be able to see only those values during the transition.
