How to add deleted customer e-mail to software

Hello

I have deleted one customer for JIRA Service Desk Project and now they want this the same e-mail to be added back to the same project.

If i try to add the same e-mail address, the message I get is the following:

Please advise me on how should I proceed

This widget could not be displayed.

Do what it says - add the account back in so that it can be used again.
