How to add custom email to Kanban project?


I have a Kanban project where I need to add a custom email address which customers can raise tickets with. I have done this several times before with Service Desk project, but can't find this option from Kanban. 

Whether there is no that feature at all, or do I need some third-party app for that?

Hi @Petri Paajanen ,

that is a feature of JIRA Service Management so it is available for JIRA Service Desk project.

You are talking about Kanban, so you are referring to a JIRA Software project. For that type of project, ticket creation through an email can be put in place through a mail hanlder
