How to add comment field in customer screen in on demand JIRA

I need to include the "Comment" field in customer issue screen in on demand JIRA.

Make sure the user has "comment" permissions.

Again, look at the permissions in the project.

Comments are NOT a "field" and are not configured in the same way as fields. Their prescence is mostly controlled by permissions. So look there.

The field is being displayed by default in every edit screen. You can't add it to the "create issue screen" though. Other than that, do what Nic suggests. Check the permissions...

Just create an empty screen and add it as the transition screen
