How to add automatic numeration to summary?

I made a Test Set, I want to add to summary - number of test case, which will be automatically change. Sometimes I want to remove one of test, and I have to make it manually to change number of test.
1 - summary: "TC1 ..." 

2 - summary: "TC2 ..."

...

33 - summary: "TC33 ..."

Is the order of the test cases important/required that the summary needs this prefix?

Yes we use to add order number to summary.

summary:  no1 "TC1, Test...."

......

no45 "TC45,..."

Maybe it can be scripted in Server but I doubt it.
