How to add an issue type assignment to an active workflow scheme ?

BarthélémyH February 1, 2012

Hello,

I have added a new issue type which must be linked with a specific workflow. I have 40 projects that use the workflow scheme. All I want is to add the assignment (issue type -> workflow) to this scheme.

How do I do that ?

Note : I would not really appreciate to go through a serie of switching scheme for each project, I would honestly take it as an insult from Atlassian to their users ;)

I guess you are not left with a choice but to associate the new scheme to all the 40 projects :)

Now you have teamed up with Atlassian, Haven't you? ;)

@ Barthelemy , Unfortunately Renjith is right!

I guessed so... I'll ask Atlassian to pay for a new mouse, it certainly will break after all these clicks ! :)

It is not advised to do this in DB side because workflow migration sometimes involve changing state of issues! The original answer stands ;)
