Is there a way to add Service Desk agents directly rather than the "+Invite Team" button? I have an Active Directory group that contains the team members who should be agents.
As a further test, I attempted adding an individual user to both permissions.
However, it still will not grant agent access to anyone.

I'm evaluating Service Desk 3.2.3 and not able to add users via the Invite Team button because my user directory is a read-only Active Directory configuration.
