How to access new user properties with Groovy / ScriptRunner

How to access new user properties with Groovy / ScriptRunner as defined in the JIRA API - /rest/api/2/user/properties? These are the attributes which is not visible nor defined in the JIRA GUI.

jiraUserPropertyEquals function in ScriptRunner is only able to access properties defined through the GUI.

I've tried to use class DefaultUserPropertyService but has been unsuccesssfull.
