How to Migrate On demand Jira Agile to a Hosted Version of Jira Agile

Hi, 

Currently i have my board over the On demand JIRA Agile, and i want to move the tasks/data to an already in place hosted version of JIRA Agile  . What to i have to do ?

what I've done so far : 

Replicated workflows, board, Issues types ,schemes and exported my data to CSV, but when uploading i have the task without all the comments. 

What would the best approach for this ?
