How should I rank Epics which have a different Status?

Nic, I want to rank epics which have different statuses. Is it possible? 

 

i know moving the issues up or down change the ranking of the epics. But is their a provision which will allow me to rank epics based on their statuses.

I don't know why you're talking about status here.  Ranking has nothing to do with status.  Rank the Epics the same way you do everything.
