How scheduled a alert

Hello,

In some tickets we need wait some day's for closed it, for example I resolved one ticket today and need wait 3 days.

I'll know if is possible configure an automatically alert that say me that the 3 days pass

Hello,

You should create a filter with a JQL like this

status = Resolved and status changed to Resolved before -3d

Then you make a subscription for the filter. And you will get filter results to your email address. You can read more here
